Leimac completed an extensive renovation for us that involved gutting our house back to wall and roof frames only. Warren oversaw the project which involved restoring the home in the Hamptons style, complete with dado wall panelling, moulded doors, four new bathrooms, a new kitchen and a pool renovation.
Warren showed amazing initiative and a high level of technical competence across building trades. Most importantly, his people skills are highly developed such that he can lead a team of people to produce high quality work in a cooperative manner. He is flexible in his thinking and shows great regard for the customer and their needs and wishes.

Warren and the team at Leimac were fantastic to deal with. We renovated a California bungalow which brought the usual old-house surprises, but everything was handled calmly and efficiently.
Trades were on-site daily, and the project was completed quickly and on time, minimising the cost and disruption of living elsewhere with a family of four.
